Thierry Marx is one of France's most distinguished chefs and currently the Executive Chef and Catering Director of the Mandarin Oriental Paris, with two Michelin stars.
Influenced by masters of French cuisine his avant-garde innovations respect the original qualities of products as nature intended, and thanks to them he introduces new standards into the culinary world within and beyond France. Chef Marx also gleans his inspiration from his extensive experience abroad, and notably from Asian food.
