A very simple and delicious wholemeal dish, can be accompanied with a loaf of multigrain bread, you can enjoy it with your family.

Ingredients
Thinly sliced Potatoes 300 gms
Bay leaf 1
Fresh cream
Milk
Salt and pepper
Butter
2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius
2. Put potatoes in a large pan and pour over the milk. Add salt and pepper. Add bay leaf. Cook on medium heat for around 15 minutes or till potatoes are semi cooked and milk thickens.
3. Apply butter in a baking dish. Sprinkle garlic over the base.
Using a spoon transfer potatoes to the baking dish. Pour milk just enough to co we potatoes. Put cream on it.
3. Bake potatoes for about 45 minutes until milk is absorbed and the top is golden brown
