To celebrate the pursuit of consistent innovation and excellence, Masters of Marriott brought Chef Julien Royer to India in collaboration with All Things Nice. Chef Julien Royer, a French chef and the co-owner of Odette, 2-Michelin starred modern French restaurant located in Singapore, hosted an exclusive dinner at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity on 14th March 2019. This experience featured a five-course modern French meal prepared by Chef Julien, along with wines paired by sommelier Nikhil Agarwal, founder of All Things Nice. His restaurant, #Odette , recently was listed in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2019.
