Crepes have to be one of the most cooked dessert in france and it is loved by everyone adult and childrens alike.so learning how to make a good crepe batter is essential.

This is the ingredients you need ( slightly adjusted since my older video)
500 ml of milk
225 grams of plain good quality plain flour
3 good quality free range eggs (whole eggs)
40 grams of caster sugar ( white sugar)
40 gram of melted unsalted butter
2 grams of salt
For the flavouring
Orange or lemon zest (optional)
Caribbean rum or other liquor (optional)
