Here is my spin on a classic fast food Canadian dish. Poutine originated in Canada and has spread through out the world. This dish is extremely easy to make, the only hard part is locating Cheese Curds. Poutine is typically made with Chicken Gravy served over french fries and Curds.
My son Jordan was my Sous Chef and wanted to help out on this cook.
The Recipe for the Gravy is as follow:
4 tsp unsalted butter
4 tsp flour
2 cups stock (chicken or beef)
