________
2 Slices of Sourdough
3 Slices of Different Cheeses (Havarti, Swiss, Mozzarella)
4 Tbsp Mayo
4 Slices of London Broil Roast Beef
French Onions
1 White Onion (chopped)
1/2 Cup of Guinness Stout
1/4 Cup of Beef Stock
2 Tbsp Butter

2) Heat a cast iron on low heat.
3) Spread mayo on one side of each piece of sourdough and place onto the cast iron.
4) Add your cheeses onto the bread. 2 Slices of cheese on one piece of bread and one slice of cheese on the other.
5) Add your roast beef and onions onto the piece with 2 cheese slices.
6) Close your sandwich and sear until it's golden brown and melted on each side.
7) If you have leftover au jus, pour it over your sandwich.
8) Cut in half and eat up, b*tch!
