The chef de cuisine at Mezzaluna Ryuki Kawasaki, who is originally from Japan and has spent his years in training at high end restaurants in Paris, London, Tokyo and Las Vegas. It is his philosophy to use seasonal ingredients and bring out the best in each product by combining French and Japanese techniques. The result is a very tasty yet delicate French cuisine.
