MINT-CHOCOLATE macarons (with French meringue) recipe presented in a foolproof way
This recipe is done by a French chef (myself :p) BUT with cooking tools that everyone can have in any simple kitchen!
I am sorry that the sound is bad quality, but I really did this video at someone's place, filmed by a friend met 2 days before, with a very cheap battery, and in a kitchen very hot, humid, - nothing prepared - no tools but what I find here and there :)
I wanted to do macarons in the worst conditions, to show it is possible. It is not about the tools, not about the money, but the knowledge.
