In this first episode, Entier French Dining, located on Level 41 of the posh Alila Bangsar Hotel, gets a visit from 2 Michelin starred Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Le Normandie Bangkok and 2 Michelin starred Chef Olivier Limousin of L'Atelier Joel Robuchon Bangkok.  

With a name that means “entire” in French, the restaurant helmed by Chef Masashi Horiuchi, is all about serving foods in its entirety, from nose to tail. Nothing goes to waste, just as no quality is compromised in the restaurant.
