In celebration of the life and legacy of Edith Piaf, Bloomsbury Publishing hosted a Google+ Hangout on the 50th Anniversary of her death. They were joined by Carolyn Burke (Australian author of NO REGRETS: THE LIFE OF EDITH PIAF), Sylvie Boisel (French singer and actress) and Piaf fans Louise Owens (blogger from Read Me) and Jenni Hastings. With Sylvie's beautiful rendition of La Vie en Rose and discussions on Piaf's childhood, love life and musical inspirations, it was the perfect way to remember one of the most adored singers of the twentieth century.
